Eric Moore is a keynote speaker, trainer, consultant, executive coach, youth worker, mentor, professional Golf coach and holistic health specialist
Working in both public and private sectors as well as a one to one practice face to face and via phone and video, Eric is well versed in all methods of one to one and group delivery and communication.
He is the creator of MBS (Moore Balance System for Mind, Body and Spirit), which is the culmination of over 20 years experience in coaching, personal change and holistic health. His eclectic and diverse skillset and work experience has enabled him to gain a broad understanding of human behaviour and patterns over a wide range of cultural and economic demographics.
After studying Psychology and counselling practices in the early to late nineties he quickly realised that conventional methods were not as effective as they could be, and after the tragic death of his younger brother in 2003 he fully embarked on self educating, overcoming personal trauma and learning the mechanics of lasting change. This journey saw him study and become an NLP trainer, Master Hypnotherapist, Nutritionist, Golf Mind coach, Youth worker, Mentor, practitioner of TFT (Thought Field Therapy) with furthermore extensive studies in meditation and world healing practices, Meta-Physics, body and energy work, anatomical trains, Biomechanics, herbal supplementation and more.

Eric helps those that work with him understand there are different components to our being. Mental, physical, spiritual and emotional. They all interconnect with each other, therefore we have to look at people in a more holistic manner rather than thinking the problem is just mental, physical or other. Developing self awareness and taking control of what we do internally rather than reacting so much to the outside world is fundamental in the process of change. In his work he also employs meditative practices and herbal supplementation because our minds are often too busy and we are all mineral deficient due to today’s environments and lifestyles. All of this leads to more balance and a restoration of homeostasis.
