Our certified and experienced trainers have individual specialisms, many have HR qualifications able to undertake assessments and deliver technical HR topics. Others can deliver in Project Management ITIL and Six Sigma. Based on our coaching experience we can deliver Public Speaking and Presentation skills.  We offer some courses in additional languages including Spanish, German, Arabic and. Chinese. .SCT have an additional 25 outlines and courses already delivered and tailored for specific clients.

In-house Training

SCT runs in-house training for businesses that have more than 10 employees requiring training in a particular area or subject. Training courses can be designed specifically to your requirements; all our trainers are able to tailor their courses to particular industries, markets and job functions.

Certification and Accreditation

UK course completion certificates are available providing the delegate has attended all the training and undertaken any additional coursework. Certification is from prestigious leadership and management bodies in the UK; the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI).

We have the flexibility to tailor bespoke programmes that can be endorsed by either body for in-house delivery for you and your team.

How to order a course

All courses can be ordered for delivery via Zoom/Teams or Face to Face. The length of a Signature Corporate Training course is specified in the flyer, and is typically 2-5 days. All other courses by negotiation.

Typically a client will order a course – we provide the trainer(s) and one electronic copy of the training material. The client provides the attendees, location etc. In this case we charge per day, Some may be a combination of teaching and individual/group coaching. There may be one or two trainers delivering the course and may not be the individuals shown on the flyers. There may be travel and accommodation expenses in addition to trainer cost. There are limits to the number of delegates. Some may include a Behavioural Profile, and these will be invoiced per delegate.

You may want us to run the course as a Retreat. In this case we provide the trainer(s) , the venue (could be on-line) , possibly accommodation, individual training material (electronic or paper) for each delegate.
