Approach & Benefits
Alistair has a wide knowledge of business practices across a number of key industries. His courses focus on the needs of the attendees and are delegate centric. He uses stories and relevant case studies to communicate the key learning objectives. He creates an atmosphere where colleagues can work together to exchange information and use best practices to solve problems.
The benefits of Alistair’s approach include:
- Rather than just be told about different types of bias, delegates learn better when they experience them in carefully structured role plays
- What would you do?’ Delegates are presented with the same information as famous business leaders would have received. What decisions would they make?
- Can you tailor your approach to being more authentic based on psychometric tools?
- Delegates get the chance to think for themselves in a safe, controlled environment where they can learn from practical experience
- Delegates learn to harness the power of negativity and use it to be far more creative and pragmatic
- Course participants learn practical skills that they have practiced and refined and deploy them upon returning to the workplace
- Participants realise that inventing a new process is exhausting and seldom results in success. Don’t think outside the box. Think outside the industry. Take best practice from other industries and adapt it so that it works for you.
