An active member of the professional coaching community, an IOEE ‘Meet a mentor’ member, her pro bono contribution is made through The Coach Initiative. Director of Professional Development, International Coach Federation’s UK Board 2006 – 2008 Halina created, designed, implemented the Professional Development programme which inspired 1000 coaches in UK also internationally. She organised the Hot Coaching Topics conferences 2009 – 2012. From 2014 to date Halina heads up BWB a niche network for corporate women and women in large businesses in Bristol. Bristol Women in Business delivers eight high end professional development events per year. From 2017 Halina has been a key part of the TEDxBristol Partnership Team. For 2018 – 2019 she is the team lead responsible for bringing in the sponsorship needed for TEDxBristol to happen.
