Janice is a management consultant and trainer with experience of working within UK, international and intercultural contexts. Her clients are corporate, government and not-for profits. She has over 15 years transformation, operations and project management experience including most recently change and transformation projects.
She has completed over 30 consultancy projects in the last 5 years and has lived and worked in 5 countries (UK, The Netherlands, Egypt, South Korea, Ecuador) across 3 continents.
She is a Certified facilitator with the Cultural Intelligence Center and has completed the Leading Transformation, (change, culture change and consultancy skills training) through RedQuadrant. She is active in SIETAR ( Society for Intercultural Education, Training and Research) including booking insightful speakers for events. She is also committed to ‘making the world a better place’ – decreasing polarisation (including through being a trustee for Bridging Beyond) and changing the health system to reward prevention and public health provision (with Rypple as a government and policy advisor).
She is deeply committed to diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), tackling economic inequality and equalising opportunities for all. In all of her engagements, she seeks to embed DEI thinking and build evidence-based actions which progress fairness, build community integration, increase diversity and build inclusion for employees, partner organisations and suppliers.
She supports organisations to create impactful change, build strategic actions, through interactive training, webinars, workshop facilitation and engagement with a wide range of stakeholders including Board, senior leaders, front-line staff, staff networks, unions and marginalised staff.
She has extensive consultancy, analytical, stakeholder and project management skills, and is highly adaptable. She is accustomed to working with and presenting to staff at all levels and adapting content and approach as appropriate – from Board members to staff networks. Janice’s particular areas of expertise include:

- community engagement and sensitive research

She recently delivered ‘embedding DEI thinking’ to the first 25 participants in a local government setting and worked with a community organisation to review and embed their approach to working in a culturally intelligent way (global participants – Europe, US, Latin America, South Asia, East Asia).
