Approach & Benefits
These days Malcolm’s work focuses on deep listening and exploring the key issues facing stressed, challenged or developing Executives and their top teams and then ‘tuning’ into the energetic root causes to help identify the tensions and points of physical and psychological release.
‘Witnessing’ and standing back from situations through observing the energetic ‘consciousness’ of vertical learning when applied to the strategic competency areas. This allows the integration the following potential benefits:
• ‘The Devil is in the detail!!’ – Not getting seduced into the detail
• Seeing where and what are the psychological ‘triggers’ creating our illusions
• Aligning ‘My Story’, ‘Our Story’ with ‘The Story’
• Discovering the magic Power of Manifestation
• Linking ‘Spirit, Aether and Essence’ with the delivering of KPI’s and results
• Using Consciousness to communicate with stakeholders and shareholders
• Putting ‘value creation and cultural values’ at the heart of any process
• Ultimately remembering that raising consciousness is life’s primary objective.
