
Background & Coaching Experience
Mira is a bilingual trainer and consultant based in the Middle East, with over ten years of experience developing training and assessment programmes. She trains in a range of programmes which include, but are not limited to, teambuilding, communications, conflict resolution, and coaching for performance. Her expertise ranges from assessing leadership capabilities, designing assessment frameworks, recommending training needs and delivering leadership development programmes to help build sustainable behavioural change.
Mira has a BSc degree from California State University, Chico and an MA in Quality Management at Wollongong University in the UAE. She is qualified with BPS Level A and B and uses a number of psychometric tools including SDI.

Approach & Benefits
Most of Mira’s programmes focus on leadership and team development, through a combination of theory sessions, practical activities and assessment tasks. Mira will initially consult with her clients to fully understand their requirements and once programmes start she uses a facilitative approach to enable her participants to gain a better understanding on the subject.

Other Activities & Professional contributions
Mira has delivered training for Emirates Passenger Services for Dubai and Outstation EKAS employees, development programmes and assessment centres for Abu Dhabi Civil Service, and worked with the first female soldiers to be selected for the Qatari Military.
In addition she was involved in the outsourcing of an assessment centre for the Abu Dhabi Department of Civil Service, and the Ministry of Interior, assessed senior female leaders on their leadership skills for Abu Dhabi Department of Civil Service and completed 1000 hours in customer service, empowerment, leadership training for five Marriott.
With her husband Mira raised over 63,000 AED on an African Road Trip including Zanzibar’s Teaching & Community Project, Zimbabwe’s Lion Rehabilitation Project, Midlands Children’s Hope Project and Zambia’s Chimpanzee Orphan Care Project and voluntarily taught English to children and adults.
