Miral El Ramlawy has over 20 years of experience in HR, L&D, Training and Coaching. A Bi-lingual Trainer, Coach and Assessor, Miral works with individuals and teams to reach their objectives through coaching and training methodologies. Graduating in 1997, with a B.A. degree from The American University of Cairo with a major in Economics & minor in Psychology, and later attaining her MBA in 2020, from HULT Business School, Miral worked with diverse organizations in the private and public sectors. She established departments bottom-up formulating their policies, processes and managing daily operations. She highly values employee morale and advocates creating an engaging culture as critical areas in organizations and believes that people are key to the success of any organization.
