Miral El Ramlawy has over 20 years of experience in HR, L&D, Training and Coaching.
A Bi-lingual Trainer, Coach and Assessor, Miral works with individuals and teams to reach their objectives through coaching and training methodologies.
Graduating in 1997, with a B.A. degree from The American University of Cairo with a major in Economics & minor in Psychology, and later attaining her MBA in 2020, from HULT Business School, Miral worked with diverse organizations in the private and public sectors. She established departments bottom-up formulating their policies, processes and managing daily operations. She highly values employee morale and advocates creating an engaging culture as critical areas in organizations and believes that people are key to the success of any organization.
In her career, Miral worked with people from different countries; Egypt, Europe, UAE, USA, New Zealand and Canada. This diverse cultural exposure has been a strong asset along with her exceptional communication skills that enables her to develop and execute expatriate onboarding and orientation programs in UAE and Egypt.
She is a certified Meta-Coach (MCF credential) and Trainer from the International Society of Neuro-Semantics, Master Practitioner in NLP from The American Board (ABNLP) and The International Association of NLP (IANLP), a certified practitioner of several assessment tools including MBTI, CPI for Leadership competencies and Six Seconds for Emotional Intelligence.
Now based in the Middle East, she utilizes her coaching and training techniques in designing customized programs for personal and organizational development. Her areas of expertise include psychology-based trainings, HR-related programs, leadership skills development, communication skills, train the trainer and emotional intelligence.
