My compliments to Mr. Rigby for his ability to deal with the challenges of a multi-cultural class (language barriers, mobile phone interruptions, & understanding of material). His instructor experience along with personal experiences kept the class entertained as well as assisted in the retain ability of the course material & instil lessons to be practiced beyond the course.
I personally have implemented several points passed on & have seen immediate positive results in the way I conduct myself at work & in my personal life.
I would like to point out that Mr. Rigby also took time to speak with students on an individual basis after the course offering more insight on improving themselves in the way daily tasks are carried out. I am sure most students have noticed improvements in the way they look at themselves & how they are seen by fellow coworkers.
Mr. Rigby did an excellent job of not only instructing the class in time management but also engaging the students whilst keeping away from the normal “read from the slides” manner of some instructors.
I would highly recommend Mr. Rigby for other course instruction as he demonstrated experience beyond the course outline.
