With over two decades of marketing, ommunications and training experience in diverse industries in the MENA region, Carine Bouery has helped over 1000 business leaders in organizations stand out in the most positive light through executive positioning strategies and executive presence. She speaks English, native Arabic and French.
In addition to her full-time role as a Marketer and Communications professional, Carine is a recognized public speaking and happiness facilitator, a highly sought-after actor and an award-winning employee experience strategist. Since 2015, Carine has been collaborating with universities and training consultancies to design and deliver leadership and happiness development programs in the GCC, including India and Pakistan.
Her passion is to empower leaders and employees to become happier and more productive at work using science-backed tools and experiences.
Leading over 25 workshops since 2015 including
- The development of the Professional Diploma of Tolerance with the University of Dubai that was delivered to 55 ministers around the UAE in Arabic.
- In 2019, Carine delivered her first keynote at the World HR Directors Congress in India and in the University of Peace in Costa Roca in 2020.
- In 2023, Carine became the President of the UAE Chapter for the World Happiness Foundation where her role is to bridge global and local initiatives to materialize accredited Schools of Happiness, Enterprises of Happiness and Cities of Happiness.

Her part is in workplace happiness. The corporate world needs better leaders geared towards service and compassion. It also needs a cultural and ethical revamp where fairness, kindness and togetherness lead the systemic design and strategic decisions of organizations.
She has helped over 2,000 people and around 20 businesses become happier in the last ten years. Today, I am happy to say that She is expanding my happiness impact and mission towards the planet with Positive Zero in sustainable energy solutions so that all sentient beings can live in good health, happiness and harmony.
Carine is a Summa Cum Laude BFA holder in Visual Communications and has an MA in Leadership and Innovation in Contemporary Media from the American University in Dubai
