Florence Hennion is an international trainer, consultant and executive coach. She helps companies successfully navigate transformation by optimizing processes and engaging teams.
With 28 years of experience across four continents, she brings a unique blend of training, Change Management, Lean Management, Leadership, and Mindfulness to help organisations streamline operations, foster collaboration, and make change stick.
She is French, has spent 12 years of her life working abroad (3 years in Colombia, 3 years in South Africa and 4 years in Thailand) and now lives in Spain since January 2024. She is fluent in French (mother tongue), English, Spanish.

She has worked for Michelin for 20 years, in marketing, communication, purchasing and internal consulting, in France at the Clermont-Ferrand headquarters, in Thailand at the Asian office and at the R&D research centre in Ladoux.
- She was responsible for the Asian Change management training programme. She contributed to the revamping of the training materials, organised and facilitated trainings in Thailand and Japan for Michelin employees.
- She has been actively involved in the network “WoMen Forward” promoting gender equity, later focused more widely on diversity and inclusion (“Better Together”). She facilitated workshops on Leadership and Mindfulness.
- She co-created the European branch of the network ICARE leadership network, developed in the US by employees for employees, aimed at promoting leadership behaviours into the employee culture. She organised innovative lunches, workshops for managers and team members.
She is an expert public speaker. She created the Toastmasters public speaking club Speech Volcanique in Clermont-Ferrand in 2017 :
- She was president for 2 years, vice-president for one year and a member until 2021. She contributed to help more than 40 people get more confident in public speaking.
- She organised and facilitated 2 trainings for teenagers, online during Covid, to help them get the basics of public speaking skills (preparing a speech, structuring a speech, body language, vocal variety, storytelling, improvisation, giving feedback…).
- She participated to many Speech and evaluation contests, both in France, Spain and reached the second place in the French speech contest in the international conference in Rabat in May 2025.

- Florence is a member of Centre BNB Asso France, which promotes GNH (Gross National Happiness), as a way to deliver happiness and well-being to society.
- She is also an active member of Toastmasters Excelencia in Madrid (public speaking and leadership).
She was trained in NLP, Management, Human Element level 1, Theory U. She has a Master degree from Excelia business school in France (1996).
She is an Executive coach from the Escuela Europea de Coaching and a member of ICF (International Coaching Federation).

- France Internal Communication Manager. Hierarchical (10 pax) and functional (30 pax) manager, design of communication plans for the human resources department.
- Senior buyer human resources services. Challenge of the need, supplier sourcing, tenders, negotiation, contractualization.
