Heidi Kincaid-Askanazy is a soft skills trainer, executive coach, consultant, and associate professor with a background in cognitive behavioural therapy.
With professional experience spanning Germany, Tokyo, London, and Canada, Heidi has cultivated a deep understanding of diverse cultural and business environments. A dual citizen of Canada and Germany, she currently resides in Spain, continuing her work across international contexts
She is an accredited coach and member of the International Coaching Federation, a senior member of ACCPH UK (accredited counsellors, coaches, psychotherapists and hypnotherapists)
With over 20 years of experience in communications, she combines expertise as a professor, trainer, coach, and copywriter to deliver a well-rounded approach to enhancing communication skills. She empowers individuals—from students to C-suite executives—through training in soft skills, intercultural awareness, and global presentation techniques, while also coaching expat managers, their families, and senior leaders in navigating complex international challenges. Her background includes consulting in marketing and advertising, with notable experience as a copywriter and branding consultant in non-English speaking markets. A specialist in transcreation, she ensures culturally sensitive, impactful communication that resonates across diverse audiences and platforms
Currently based in Spain and Germany, she also lectures online for the European College of Business and Management (London) and Fresenius University of Applied Sciences (Germany). Previously, she spent five years as a lecturer at IU University of Applied Sciences (Germany).
Her expertise in pedagogies, combined with her knowledge of psychology and cognitive behaviour, offers a distinctive approach to working with clients. She has a psychology degree from Mount St Vincent University and a master’s degree from Bayreuth University.
