I am one of the eight coaches forming the Swindon Coaching Team, and I am looking forward to our first meeting at The Old Bank on 23rd March.

What excites me about coaching is seeing people rediscover their talents, strengths, and passions so that they can “fire on all cylinders” at home and at work and enjoy life to the full. This is the focus of my work, whether with businesses or individuals.

It is fed by my own experience in industrial management and in working with people in the charitable sector – so people pick up important tips and skills along the way too. I help people to understand who they are, where they might go, and how to get there. It’s all about navigation – hence Finding True North!

Hope lots of people heard a bit more about the first upcoming Team event on BBC Wiltshire Radio on Mark O’Donnell’s show on 19th Feb when Isla was one of the panel guests – by the way congratulations to her co-panellist Mark Wilkinson who received the OBE!
